12. OBJECT
These Conditions regulate the sale of online courses offered on timetravelers.cc, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.
13. PURCHASE PROCESS
The user selects the course and adds it to the cart.
Complete the data form (name, email, billing).
Choose payment method: Stripe o PayPal.
Confirm the order and accept these Conditions.
Receive confirmation email with access to the course.
14. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
All prices include VAT.
Availability is indicated in the course sheet.
Price error: We reserve the right to cancel clearly erroneous orders..
15. PAYMENT FORMS
Stripe: payment by credit/debit card. Data is managed by Stripe outside of our system.
PayPal: payment with PayPal account or card. The data is managed on the PayPal platform.
The transaction will be considered effective when Stripe or PayPal confirms the authorization.
16. DELIVERY AND ACCESS
Once payment is processed, You will receive an email with access credentials to the course platform.
Access will be immediate and for the contracted duration.
17. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the case of online courses, pursuant to Art. 103 y 104 of the Royal Decree 1/2007, The right of withdrawal is lost once access to the content has begun..
If you have not started the course, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw, from payment, communicating it to [email protected].
18. REFUND POLICY
The refund only applies if you withdraw within the deadline and have NOT accessed any content..
The refund will be made in the same payment method.
19. RESPONSIBILITY
Time Travelers is not responsible for interruptions beyond its control (Internet, paid platforms).
The contents of the courses are informative in nature and do not generate professional or labor responsibility..
20. MODIFICATION OF CONDITIONS
We may update these Terms; The versions will always be accessible on timetravelers.cc and will apply to new orders.
21. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. For any dispute, The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia.
